Brewlab is an absolute credit to the hospitality industry. These guys know their stuff! We held a Christmas party for around 50 staff and partners. Right from the onset it was clear that nothing was going to be too much trouble. The food was excellent, the service was top notch and the Brewlab team were happy and smiling despite the fact the venue was incredibly busy.
I highly, highly recommend Brewlab for a function or just to call in and sample their amazing brews!

The event went smoothly, the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. This was great value for money and the venue itself is well set up for events.
Lesley, Lucy and the team went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success and our team enjoyed there evening. Even after our event was over, they continued to support our staff ensuring the remainder of their evening went well and they got safely home.
I would happily recommend your venue to anyone and look forward to holding another event here.

We really enjoyed our experience at Brewlab! Have been wanting to go here for a while now and it definitely was worth it! The selection of beer was great and their house brewed lager and brown ale was great! Also had a great selection of wine and non-alcoholic drinks to choose from! The staff where super friendly and helpful! The food was another level! Simple but absolutely delicious! Tasted super fresh and had heaps of flavour!
Without a doubt can highly recommend brewlab and we will definitely be returning! It has to be a 5 out of 5 stars from me! Highly recommend it!
Nice venue with great staff. Only fault is the price, far too expensive for what you get imo. $19 Burger doesn't even come with chips... Those are a separate $9. The taste doesn't compensate for the price
The stuff on tap isn't amazing however they have great potential for the future. They also had a good range in cans. The server at the bar was super nice and has been some of the best service in Hobart. The menu looked nice but will have to try another time.

Good food, wide choice of house brewed beers. Good indoor and outdoor spaces..
The burgers were simple and awesome. Just hitting that sweet spot! Employees were awesome and the atmosphere too. Decent number of taps of beer which we enjoyed a lot.
